Due to the digital nature of SitPup services and immediate access to platform features after purchase, subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

2. Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund previously processed payments.
