1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SitPup, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform.
2. Service Description
SitPup provides tools and services for pet care professionals and businesses, including:
- booking management
- scheduling
- public profiles
- widgets
- customer management
- related business tools
3. Accounts
Users are responsible for:
- maintaining account security
- protecting login credentials
- ensuring information accuracy
- activities performed under their account
4. User Content
Users retain ownership of content they upload or create.
Users grant SitPup permission to store, process, and display content necessary for operating the platform.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to uploaded content.
5. Intellectual Property
The SitPup platform, branding, software, design, and related materials are owned by SitPup and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit SitPup without permission.
6. Acceptable Use
Users may not:
- violate applicable laws
- abuse the platform
- attempt unauthorized access
- upload malicious content
- interfere with platform operation
- impersonate others
- scrape or automate unauthorized access
- distribute spam or malware
- use SitPup for fraudulent or illegal activity
7. Subscriptions and Billing
Certain SitPup features require paid subscriptions.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, subscriptions, taxes, and related billing operations.
Displayed prices include tax where applicable. Paddle may calculate and show the final billing details during checkout based on the customer's billing location.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund previously processed payments unless required by applicable law.
All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
By purchasing a subscription and accessing digital services immediately, users acknowledge that service delivery begins immediately.
Due to the digital nature of the service and immediate access to features upon purchase, subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

Billing, subscription, and refund support may also be available through Paddle or paddle.net where applicable.
9. Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SitPup shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of SitPup after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Poland.
